What to do if both the legs are moving together , I mean that they are just like moving not like how humans mive i will even share a video bel;ow in character animator? Even there are some more issues help me to get out from it...

It looks like there is something missing in the rigging of the legs. Check that first.

I tried a lot even checked it many times but i am unable to solve the problem.Please show me the path/solution

Could you share a screenshot of the rigging for the character's legs?

Thanks a lot replying me back.However,i applied rigging again so it worked might be i misplaced something.Still...Thanks.

But i am facing another issues: My left arm is going back when i am making my puppet to walk.i will send a recording below.Thank You

The arm is on a layer behind the body, so when walking, it's disappearing behind the puppet. Try moving the arm layers so that they appear in front of the body.
