Character: left side of the head is expanding or contracting when left eye is moving

How do I solve this issue?

I've seen this before, but I don't remember how I fixed it. I would suggest starting by checking your tags as well as your hierarchy. Make sure that the eye parts are in the proper subfolders so the CH knows what's what.
