How can I make the particles collide perfectly on an uneven surface? For example, several peaks with hail bouncing off?

What would be the best configuration to build a perfect mesh?

Thanks!

It depends on the overall scene, but if you have a background image you can put a rectangle with Collide on behind the background image. You cannot see it, but the objects then collide with the rectangle instead of what is visible.

I don’t remember if you make the rectangle opaque whether you can put the rectangle in front. You might have to try it. But the end of the day is I think you want another object that you somehow not make visible (opacity or hiding it behind other things) that has a flat edge to perfectly bounce off.
