What is the most effective way to create slow motion in Adobe Character Animator. (i.e. you want to show a close-up of a character slowly reacting to something)

Another way is to change the FPS of the scene after recording it inside CH. Makes it nice and smooth if you used keyframes. Only works at the scene level I think (click on scene in projects panel, then look at properties panel for the frame rate setting).
