Cycle Layer Trigger issue - need to tape twice

Hi,

I've made a simple cycle layer trigger using 5 layers with "bottom to top", "let cycle finish", and a "cycle pause".

The problem is it plays when I hit the first trigger, but anytime after that, I need to hit the trigger twice for it to continue or play again anytime after that.

Hope someone can offer some helpful input 🙂

Experiment with different options, particularly removing cycle pause and adding/removing latching on the trigger. Different combos have different results, and if you see what you're seeing, it means the trigger thinks it needs an extra buton press to "reset" or toggle back to normal. The triggers tutorial shows a few cycle layers animations that you might be able to emulate by copying the parameters used: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WzYJbZYhxmk

It was that tutorial I was following from the beginning and I'm sure I copied that wave example step by step.

Anyway, I just tried again and this time it worked.

Thank you for your reply.

The only thing different I did was rename the layers from 1 - 4 .... not sure if that changed anything thought.

Otherwise I must have missed something first time around.

Thank You!!!
