Cycle Layers

Is there anywhere I can download pre made cycle layers?

I need to compose some scenes but I don't really draw, so it would be really usefull to find some things like fog, magic dust, stars, hearts, etc

I can't think of a specific place, but a search for sprites (for video games, etc.) should come up with some good results. Sprites generally come with all of the layers on a single image, so you'll need to spend a little time cutting them up in PS or Animate.
