Forgive me if I misunderstand, but the translator feature on this forum had some difficulty with your message. I believe you are asking whether or not the free Adobe puppets can be used in any user project. And the answer is yes. They are free to use for any purpose without restriction. The only thing that you need to keep in mind with using them is that there is no way to prevent someone else from using the same puppet for the same purpose.  The puppets are free for everyone to use.
