I'm looking through documentation and googling as well but want to ask here just in case I don't find anything. Whenever I add audio, it lands at the beginning of the timeline.
Is it possible to drop audio where I have the playhead/scrubber? It is SUCH a pain in the butt to move every single piece of audio because I have to find the last piece of audio (for another character) again -- which isn't easy because every piece of audio is a new layer -- yuck! -- listen to it and find the correct timing again. Actually, it's three times I have to place it:
- To drop it on the timeline.
- Drag it to approximately where it should be after the preceding audio
- After listening to that preceding audio, dragging it exactly where it should go
