Editing puppet in Photoshop does not update in CA

I'm using puppets from Okay Samurai. When I change the color of layers in PS, CA does show that it is updating the artwork, but the changes do not show up. I've even deleted layers, such as the nose and eyebrows, but they are still on the characters. Any ideas? Windows 10, CA and PS are up to date, btw.

Additional info: I'm working with Kaufman today, and he can walk left and right. When he stops, he turns back to the right. I want him to face left, and have done everything I can think of to flip him around. No dice.

Hi,

Could you check followings?
Q1) Is "Auto-sync with Artwork" checked fot that puppet?

To check this:

  1. Open the puppet in the Puppet panel.
  2. Select the root of puppet (e.g. Kaufman)
  3. See Properties panel -> Puppet. There is the checkbox for this.

Q2) Did you save the file in Photoshop after modifying it?

Q3) Is the artwork you modified in Photoshop the same one used in CH?

To check this:

  1. Open the scene that artwork (puppet) is used.
  2. In Timeline, select puppet and "Reveal in Project panel" from the context menu.
  3. Edit Original from the selected puppet.

If  (1) - (3) are yes, could you share the puppet which has this problem?

To change the direction of standing Kaufman puppet, try following steps.

  1. Edit original to open the source artwork in Photoshop.
  2. In Photoshop, select "+Stand" group.
  3. Edit -> Transform -> Flip Horizontal.
  4. Save the artwork in Photoshop.

Thanks.
