El programa se cierra automáticamente

Cuando selecciono un personaje o quiero abrir un proyecto, el programa muetra un mensaje de que hay un error y se cierra automáticamente.

Welcome to the community, and sorry for the issue. Could you share a screenshot of the error message? Let us know the version of Character Animator you currently have installed and your system specifications (OS, OS version, CPU, GPU , RAM).

I have Adobe character version 23.0 installed. 
My System specifications:  Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4200U CPU @ 1.60GHz   2.30 GHz
 RAM 4,00 GB. 
64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Thanks for sharing the details. Could you check for crash logs on your system? They are located at C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Character Animator\23.0\logs.
