I converted Japanese to English with translation software.

The elbows worked correctly as is in my environment.

I have adjusted it to walk better.
However, I added a head tag and a neck tag to the head layer.
I removed the head dag from the body layer.

Finally I figture out the problem, that I put the anchor point on the bellybutton. I put it on the floor, and all motion fine.
