Elbows don't bend - and I don't understand why

Hello,
I have downloaded the taro model from here: https://pages.adobe.com/character/en/body-tracker
And the arms did not move.
Then I managed to make the arms move, but the elbows do not bend.
Anyone have an idea?

I've encountered this before. Try downloading the beta version of CH from the creative cloud desktop app. You can find it in the Categories section under "Beta apps."
