Hello, i'm using the latest version of Adobe CH (2.0) on a windows 10. Every time i start a new project everything goes well until one time i open up my scene (or puppet) and it gives me an error that sais: "error parsing properties list from file". sometimes i reopen the project or do something like that and then it goes away for a few minutes but it always comes back.
I want to know how to fix this problem. Thank you.

If you just click through the workspaces (Start, Rig, Record, Stream) do you get the error?
The error makes it sound like the file is damaged, but it seems like it'd always fail if that were the case. Maybe another app is accessing the file sometimes causing occasional hiccups trying to read it? Could you send me a copy of the xml file next time you see the error so I can tell if the file seems valid. Also, while you're in the directory where it is located, let me know if you see a file with the same name but an extra ".old" extension at the end. Doing some experiments on my machine to try to elicit that error, it seems like there's code that tries to copy a file that fails to be parsed into a backup so it can be regenerated from the default workspace layout.

The error and a lot of different errors came again, i think this is what you wanted me to send:

Sorry, I meant the xml file listed in the error dialog you posted.
Out of curiosity, what other errors popped up? Maybe one of those will provide a clue as to what's triggering this condition.
