Error when installing Adobe Character Animator Version 4.4 (Error Code: 127)

When I tried to install the latest version of Adobe Character Animator, it stops with an error that says:

 

"Sorry, installation failed

 

We are unable to complete the installation this time. (Error Code: 127)"

 

Could someone help please?
