Eyes are not moving (moving very slowly)

I have no idea what to do. I searched hours and could not find a good solution. I need the character to move his eyes, but the eyes are moving very slowly. Please help.

Also, why do the eyes go up, when I look right?

Not sure, but your left eye and right eye have a nested right eye layer that might confuse it. Screen shot of artwork can help (Eg how big is pupil relative to layer tagged with pupil range (the eyeball in your case)

You'll need the pupils. Let's start by removing the "Right Eye" folders from both eyes.

I kinda got the eyes to work by restarting the project. How do i adjust how much i need to look up for the character to look up?
