FAQ: Semitransparent layers in a puppet created from Photoshop artwork appearing more transparent in Character Animator

If semitransparent (Opacity less than 100%) layers in a Photoshop document being used for a puppet are appearing even more transparent when viewed in the Puppet or Scene panels in Character Animator, it is due to the Photoshop file not including color profile information. The working space in Character Animator is sRGB.

To workaround the issue, resave the .psd file and enable the ICC Profile option (checkbox labeled "ICC Profile:  sRGB IEC61966-2.1") in the Save As file dialog box.
