Hand is Stretching even after using sticks and handles

I am beginner in character animator. i have tried everything which have shown in youtube videos and articles, but my character hands are stretching even after using proper tags, handles and sticks. Please guide me. I am beginner i dont have enough knowledge about character animator.

I think you are using a dragger, in which case have a look at the IK Arm behavior I think it is - it stops stretching like this on arms when using draggers.

Still stretching. i dont know how can i stop this stretching. Yes i have used dragger there on palm, but after applying arm IK behaviour, still hands stretching. Please guide me.
