When I stream I want my character to do bouncing effects when I talk (kinda like a pngtuber avatar). I tend to move quite a lot when streaming and don't want my character to be moving when I am moving but want some kind of movement (like a pngtuber bounce effect) when I am talking. I have difficulty sitting still. If that makes sense.
You might wish to rig your puppet to use the Motion Library which has several options for "idle" animations. You can turn off the "body" icon so that the camera doesn't capture your movements until you need them.
