having problem with character animator "opengl setup failed" though i have updated driver and opengl version 4.4

i was using character animator for 4 days in trial mode but than all on a sudden i am having this problem and i have a dedicated gtx 750ti gpu and all the drivers are up to date and open gl version 4.4 , what can be the solution?
