Head Changes position everytime save/change psd file

I´m having this issue where any changes that I make on the PSD file (no matter at which level) when saved, the Head of my character jumps to a slightly different position (left). Does this have anything to do with the fact that i have a "Cycle Layer" group at the same level as the Head? Where should be the proper hierarchy?
