Head disconnecting from the body after adding on head truns

Hi all, 

The puppet was working allright until I added the head turns. At that point, the head started to disconnect form the neck. Here is the psd puppet file, would appreciate any help!

To share a puppet you can upload to Google drive, Dropbox, etc and get a "shared" link to paste in the forums. The PSD file does not have the rigging you are using so might not show enough information to solve the problem sorry.

You could try removing independence from the Frontal etc layers and put on Head instead... see if that makes a difference. I would have expected the PSD file to work, so it's likely to be location of behaviors or tags etc. E.g. if Head was marked independent (which it is not in the PSD file) then that would cause problems. Never have an independent layer where all children are independent. But that is not in the PSD file (it is not +Head), so not sure without seeing the puppet itself.
