head wont attach to body even though they are both not independent

Hello all! You are all rockstars! Especially Dave from Okay Samurai. I can't seem to get my head attached to the neck... When I try to walk forward with the body, the head stays put. Both crowns are unchecked and I'm almost 100% positive everything is where ist should be. Please help!

Can you provide a screenshot of the rigging hierarchy? Expand the tree out around the head layer in particular. Screenshots of videos of the problem can help as well. The most likely reason is the nesting hierarchy is not right, which is much easier to spot seeing the hierarchy. E.g. if the Head is not nested in the puppet structure correctly it might not move with the rest of the puppet.
