Have you looked at the help & support files offered through Adobe? Adobe Character Animator Learn & Support

Another source for learning tips and tricks would be Okay Samurai on YouTube
You could use the two above links plus asking questions on this forum when stuck as your support.

You could also look into Udemy Learn Adobe Character Animator CC​. There is a cost to that one but you should receive support.
