Hello,

Could you please give us more info?

Do you know how this pueppt is exported (the version of CH and OS used when it is exported)?

Can you share the puppet which has this problem?

Thanks.

The latest version and Windows 10.
It always happens when I want to create a scene. I've been able to
overcome that by creating a new scene and then deleting and then recreating
it, but it's a bit troublesome if it's always like that

Sorry to learn you are always seeing this.

Are you seeing this problem with Chloe (Photoshop) template from Home panel?

That sounds very wrong. I have one more question.

I've been able to overcome that by creating a new scene and then deleting and then recreating it

Do you have no problem if you create a new empty scene and place puppet (the one you have this error) in this empty scene?

yes,

information like that always appears, so what should I do so that it doesn't appear again?

all I did was delete "WarpCache" if it comes up.

The first error ("Could not open the file <path>\temp.noindex\WarpCache\...") tells that something was interfering when the temp folder was renamed.

Do you use a virus checker? If so, can you try to exclude the folder where you save CH project from virus scanning?

Or, can you try to save the project on a different drive which might affect timing?

Thanks.
