Hiya! I have created a puppet, understood, recorded and then once back a couple of months later I'm back in the mystery of it all again. My puppet has one lazy eye + one not moving. I try following threads here but after corrections I now have two pupils escaping the eyeball. I need help.

I wrote up this blog a while back that talks about how i resolve various eye problems. It might be helpful in tracking down the problem.

Thanks Alan! Very helpful, I will start by reading your blog. Fingers crossed. I love Character animator when I understand it, it's so easy to forget when you don't work with it regularly.

HiMariar.

Alan's article is a winner. Good stuff. I have been here before and it is sometimes baffeling. The "Lazy Eye" is either a layer problem, or most likely a rigging problem. Look for what your pupper is using for the "eye range" layer. If you are "sure" you have your layers correct, and your rigging correct, then my fall back is to restart CH. I have had my "Lazy Eye" problem magicaly dissapear. Be well fellow puppeteer. - Platty

@Platty Puss, yes it seems like this is a common problem people have when working with the program. I really want to learn this once and for all. I'll check my layers and the rigging. Thanks!
