Have a look in your Creative Cloud Desktop App to see if there is an update for Character Animator.
Alternatively Under the Help Menu in Character Animator you should see an Updates option, click that and see if there are any updates for you.

You can also download from this link I believe.

But it will most likely just be a trial version.
