i was doing my course i finished my work now i cant open my work its saying l2 piratical cant open because it is either  not a suoppted file type or because the has been damaged for example it was sent as an email attachment and want correctly decoded anyone that can advice an help me bring my work back

Can you please upload the file that won't open to Google Drive or Dropbox or something and post the link here so we can take a closer look?
