I would like to hide layers that are not in the same group as the layer I want to trigger.  I know the checkbox "Hide others in the group" but i doesn't work for what I am trying to do. Do you guys know if there is a way to do that ? Thanks

Create a new swap set. Create a new trigger in that called 'Arm'  and drag each item onto the 'arm' trigger.  Set it as default. Then make another trigger in the group called 'Certain 'and drag that onto that trigger. Then assign a trigger key and that should work for you.

You may have some conflict if you start creating swap sets using higher layers (Right Arm, Left Arm) but if you leave it simple you should be good.
