how do you turn webcam (camera} on in character animator?

Audio works on my external mic

I have a Mac Pro, 2 monitors, only 1 monitor, the LG, has a camera,

the green light won't go on?  Works in Photo Booth....

It has worked previously upon opening ChI can't click on or activate my camera?
