How to use pre rendered 3d for minor rotation like this video

So basically I want to create a 3d rig, render out a bunch of 3d images to show slight rotation. like how the guy does it in the video above

CH has settings for head tilt, but only one each for upward and downward. I don't know if that is enough for your purposes. It would be set up the same as you would for left and right rotation.

Hey thatnks for the reply but I don't think that would achieve the effect I'm after. Do you know if theres another program that might be better for this? I'm thinking of using some vtubing software.
