I cant find the triggers when I open starter mode

Can anyone help me out here, I cant find the triggers when I open starter mode

In Starter mode, you should see them after recording your face and video (or imported recorded speech, then clicking "Skip to editing"). They should then appear as icons on the right side.

Is this a puppet that you selected from the Home screen, or imported from a .puppet file? Note that some .puppet files might not be designed for Starter mode to show trigger icons, so be sure you are using ones compatible with Starter mode.
