Hello, I had follow videos to fix this issue, but I can't seem to fix it. My head move, and pin the head and add the nut cracker below the mouth. I add fix pin to one eye(your right) because it kept moving. My head bouncing. The left eye is stiff and don't blink. I don't know what I did wrong. The neck is fine. I add images below.

There are a number of little issues I can notice.

  • You have Right Pupil under Left Eye (And vice versa)
  • The Pupil Range tags also seem to be for the wrong eyes.
  • Your Head layers is marked independent under the puppet, but there does not seem to be a Body - all in the Head Layer?
  • I can see two Head tags on the screenshots.

I would suggest going through all the layers and remove any excess tags.

Regarding eyes, I wrote a blog post up here in case it helps. It shows the exact structure I follow. https://extra-ordinary.tv/2018/04/21/debugging-character-animator-eyess/

I would suggest picking one area and trying to lock that down. E.g. is there a separate body layer? Is the head going to be independent to the head or the same layer?
