My macbook is macbook pro(mid-2014),the OS is mojave, the software can't detect the camera, but i use facetime is normal.
Please hlep me to solve it,thank a lot!
There were some other recent threads. I believe the answer was Mojave has changed some security settings around, so you may need to grant Character Animator to get access to the camera. See this thread for details: Re: Ch cannot access FaceTime HD camera error

My appoligies, I dont read Japanese and don’t use a Mac, so I don’t recognize the screen shots. (I do like Anime though! ;-). So I am not sure if you are saying you got it working, or there is still a problem. Is it working for you now?
Adding DanTull as he might recognize the screen shot (and fixed it on the other thread).

I notice in the first screenshot that the camera is not enabled (little icon is white instead of blue in the Camera panel). That may explain why in the later screenshot that Character Animator is not listed in the System Preferences Security/Privacy panel for the webcam. I don't think it appears in there until a prompt for camera access has been presented and if the camera is disabled in the camera panel, Ch may not try to access it and thus won't trigger the permission dialog.
