As long as you can export a PSD or AI file, it should work in CH.

I am trying this myself. One important thing to be aware of that I have not been able to fix yet is that EACH LAYER has a big bounding box (even when there are no pixels) around it roughly the size of the canvas but sometimes off-centre that you have to manually delete in Photoshop. As an added problem, to delete the bounding box you have to select the empty space and then contract the selection by 1 pixel otherwise PS will cut 1 pixel into your artwork and it can be very noticeable.

If anyone knows a fix, I would love to hear it.
