I was wondering if there ‘is any way right now to make a character sit down?

Not sure if I can do this - can you make a character sit down? Not in a chair but a child on the floor?
would it work to do it as a manual key frame, then position the legs by rotating them, and changing the y position? I feel like there should be an easier way but maybe it's not possible?

If you draw the character sitting down, can you get that picture just by twisting legs around? As soon as you want a different angle on the shoes, or crossed legs/arms where a layer is in front for part of the arm and behind for the rest, then it cannot be done.
