Import of Character Animator project to After Effects doesn't work

When I try to import a Character Animator project to After Effects, I get an error message:

"After Effects Fehler: Verbindung zu Adobe Animator 2023 konnte ncht hergestellt werden. Stellen Sie sicher, dass Adobe Animator installiert ist. §86 / 1"

This translates to: "After Effects error: Could not connect to Adobe Animator 2023. Make sure that Adobe Animator is installed. §86 / 1"

When I try to copy a project from Adobe Animator and paste it to After Effects, it doesn't work either. Of course, Adobe Animator is installed.

What version of After Effects are you using?

I use:
After Effects 23.0.0 (Build 59).
Character Animator 22.5 (Build 53).

Try upgrading CH to the current version and see if that helps.
