hello, please I ma not able to import a puppet into starter mode. and I downloaded them in adobe character animator, what did I do wrong? thank you

Not all puppets are configured ideally for starter mode. But it you have a *.puppet file, you can import it from the main menu by clicking on the "Import Puppet" button on the left side of the screen. Click on this button to import a *.puppet file.
