Maybe I've got this error after I tried to enable Mercury Transmit.Spent the whole day tuning this scene. Sad. Other scenes work fine

I have no idea what the problem is.  Did you try the refresh instructions? That is hold down ALT(windows) or Options(Mac) while clicking the refresh button in the scene window (the two arrows in a circle, kinda like a recycling logo). That flushes some internal caches.
