Is there a way to move eyebrows and head movement independently in separate takes?

So when I animate my puppets. I like to do it one by one. Lip, Mouth Triggers, Lid Triggers, Head turning, Arm Draggers. Lastly, I do the head movements. However, I get so preoccupied getting the head to move the right way that I forget to move the eyebrows up and down at the same time. Is there a way to do these things separately? Like to do just a take wiht heads tilts and movements. And then another take just moving the eyebrows? They always overwrite eachother.

I've done this for eyebrows at least: Add the Face behavior to each one, and then you can do separate takes for them when you disarm your main Face behavior. The only issue is "Move Eyebrows Together" won't work, so it's trickier getting them to mirror each other. But if one eyebrow looks wonky, you can fix it alone by disarming the other.
