Lip sync jaw not moving to recorded audio

I've run into an issue that I haven't experienced before. When I use recorded audio, my lip sync jaw doesn't move, but when I speak using my desktop mic it does. I believe my settings are the same as a previous episode I did where it worked, so no idea why this might be happening.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Adding further context, imported recorded audio doesn't affect the jaw movement, but when I do live recording to create visimes, the jaw will move both during recording and afterwards in playback.

UPDATE: I discovered if I re-generate the visimes from the audio and transcript the jaw now moves for some reason. I did a fair amount of manual adjusting, so I'll just copy the old visimes to the new visimes lines which does make the jaw move for some reason. Might be a bug, not sure. But found a workaround, albiet somewhat time consuming.
