It will pick up the music as well. It just analyzes the audio track it is given - it is not smart enough to filter out music. If you don’t have separate tracks, I would suggest you put headphones on, listen to the music, then sing yourself and record your audio track. It does not have to be good singing!!! Then use that audio track (without the music) to create the lipsync from.
