Is there any way to lipsync just my voice in particular... especially when there is somebody else talking in the room ????.....for example....there are 3 people in the room talking, me in front of the mic making the feed to ch animator ...is there a way not to interfere with the other voices making the puppet talk....are there any settings to the mic input????

If you are asking if there is a secret way to block out the background noise since you are in a room with 3 other people talking. NO - you need a quiet space to record good audio, and you need good audio for Character Animator to create good lip synching. The only other option would be to plan ahead, and record the audio when you are home... and then you can import it and sync it, and animate while at work.

One trick here is you can record a second audio track later (when quiet) and generate lipsync from that audio file - then mute the additional audio file. So it's only used to generate lipsync. Can be useful to sync with a singer and music for example. You put headphones on and sing along to the song and record yourself, then lipsync from that, but final video uses the real singer with music etc.
