Microphone and Camera input pauses when ACA isn't in focus.

I'm trying to stream with my puppet, but ACA freezes up when I click away.

• The Puppet is in OBS via NDI just fine. 
• The "Disable Mercury Output" option is unchecked, but I've fiddled around with checking it

I don't know what else to try.  It seems so straight forward!

Oh.  I get it.  If I click on the 3 lines beside "Camera & Microphone" I'll find options.
