I have a character that has some brow wrinkles. I'd like these wrinkles to move (scrunch up) when the eyebrows move. What rigging do I need to use to connect the wrinkle layer to the eyebrow?

Hmm, maybe tag them as an extra eyebrow?
You may need to also tag it or another eyebrow as a separate view (like left profile) to be recognized as an additional input (since CH usually just looks for the first instance of left and right eyebrow and invalidates others).
