Hi,

I'm working on a project and when I tilt the head, the mouth doesn't move with it. I have gone through and search through my tags and groups. I can't seem to find the problem.

Can anyone help?

Having mouth and sad mouth as siblings alongside eyes etc does not look quite right to me but i don

t think is the cause of your problem.

Could you click on the Mouth layer and provide a screenshot of that? I would like to see the “attach to” property value and where is the origin marker of the mouth layer. If should be green and attached to the face,

The other reasin something does not move is there is some other behavior that has taken control of the layer. I would consider changing the layer hie

The other reasin something does not move is there is some other behavior that has taken control of the layer. I would consider changing the layer hierarchy a bit, Create Mouth layer, but call it Gob to avoid auto tagging, It can be independent, inside that layer move your two mouths and put them in a swap set. The gob layer can be independent by the member layers then would not be, The gob layer should attach to the head, The nested swapset layers would have the Mouth tag on them.

I am not sure if this is the problem, but I have sometimes found introducing a new layer can help with these problems as it moves different functionality into different layers, avoiding competing for control of a layer.

I went back in and made sure the mouth was attached to the head! It fixed it.

Thanks so much! You're a wiz at this!

Glad you got it working! It’s usually the same things that go wrong over and over again. It’s just a matter of working out which one it is.
