My puppets foot is like a banana. Help!

Hi Guys! So my team and I were working on this project with a bunch of the Blank puppets, and we made them walk with one view. The thing is that whenever they walk, the have somewhat of a banana foot. It looks like this:

Let me know what im doing wrong please.
