No tracking in Ch with new Illustrator documents

Hello, I can't get new Illustrator documents to work anymore. The tracking doesn’t work (there is no movement at all) and the swap-sets turn orange (there are no double keys set).

Even a new drawn simple ball doesn't move.

Old drawings I previously worked with in Ch do work.

Can someone tell me how to get new drawings start working again?

Would you mind letting everyone know what it was in case someone else is running into the same issue?

Hello @Dan Ramirez Thanks for your question. I have made some adjustments but unfortunately it is not clear to me why it works now. I'm happy it works again
