So I made a project in Adobe Character Animator and when I saved it, it saved as a .chproj but I want to take it into a diffrent app for additional video edits. Th app does not support .chropj and when I looked up how to convert it into a .MOV or .MP4 or anything like that it all leads to me needing to get Adobe Media Encoder or Adobe Premier Pro and my computer is too old to download those. What do I do because this is a school project and I need to turn it in soon?

Normally media encoder is automatically installed when you install character animator. So just use "export media" from inside character animator and it will launch media encoder for you.
