1. Can I add a dance behaviour to Pencil

wondering about the rigging for this.

No legs no arms.

hi!

I converted Japanese to English with translation software.

It is possible.
Here is an example.
Anywhere
1) Head tag
Right hip tag
Add a right heel tag

2) Body behavior to the top level
Motion Library Behaviors
Add limb IK.

3) Choose a dance　

There are many other ways to do this.

Looking at the image you attached, it appears that the motion library behaviors
appear to be duplicated.
Try deleting"Motion Library  [body]".

Have you added the head tag?

If possible, please share your puppet with me.
I can take a closer look.
