Power Outage Corruption HELP:(

I have power outage and my Ch proj became corrupted. Please anyone help me to recover it:(

Any help would be very appreciated.

I spent a lot of time in that proj and I don't want to startover

Is there any autosave folder somewhere where I can recover it?

Try this: use this link https://www.dropbox.com/s/3av1vweo0wn6akp/master?dl=0 to download the tiny file called "master" (just 41 bytes), and replace the file of the same name inside your project here: 

Compositions/12 - EXT. POULTRY - DAY/Ch Data/repo.noindex/refs/heads/master

Then open your project. It should put you back at the same place as your last save.
